RETURNS

Customers of studiogrei.com are entitled to a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receiving their order, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
● The product is unused and undamaged.
● The product retains its original commercial appearance (including all labels, tags,
etc.).
● The product is returned with all documentation and original packaging provided by the
manufacturer.

How to return a product:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@studiogrei.com to inform us of your intention to return or exchange an item. Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
2. Condition of the Product: Ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and has all labels and original packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Products must be returned via registered mail, LP Express, or Omniva post machines. Please use the following contact information for returns:

4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund Amount: The refund will include the price of the product, excluding the original delivery fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
5. Status Updates: You will receive an email notification once we have received your return and when your refund or exchange has been processed.

Non-returnable goods:

Quality goods cannot be returned in the following cases:
● Gift cards.
● Custom-made products based on the customer’s request.
● Other cases as specified by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Claims for defective products:

● If a product does not have a specific quality guarantee, claims for defects can be made
within 2 years from the date of purchase.
● To return a defective product, follow the steps outlined above and ensure to mention the
defect in your return request.

Stores commitment:

● We will provide a written response to your return request within 10 working days of receiving it.
● The customer may request:
    ○ A replacement with an identical product of good quality, except in cases where the defect is minor or caused by the customer.
    ○ An exchange for an incorrect size.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse the return if any changes have been made to the
product’s original appearance.

● Cart Formation: The shopping cart is created when the customer selects their desired products and adds them to their shopping list.
● Customer Information: After forming the cart, the customer must enter their name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, email, and any additional relevant information for delivery. The Store confirms that this data will be used exclusively for
delivery purposes and handled in accordance with the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
● Payment Details: The customer must provide valid payment details to pay for the selected products and delivery costs.
● Review and Confirmation: Before finalizing the order, the customer should verify that all entered information is correct. Any errors can be correcte  before confirming the order. Customers should review the Store’s rules before confirming their order.
● Order Submission: Once the order is confirmed, the Store receives the information. The contract is established when the Store receives payment confirmation. An automatic email confirmation, including order details, will be sent to the customer.
● Order Fulfillment: The Store commits to fulfilling the order upon receiving payment notification.
● Agreement with Store Rules: By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with the Store’s rules and conditions.
● Languages: Contracts can be created and fulfilled in both Lithuanian and English.

Warranity and pricing of products:

● Product Information: Each product’s characteristics are listed on the Store’s website. Please note that product colors, sizes, and shapes may vary due to screen displays.
● Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€). By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the specified price.
● Quality Guarantee: If products are of unsatisfactory quality, customers have the right to:
○ Request a replacement with a product of good quality.
○ Request free repairs for product defects.
○ Request a price reduction.
○ Cancel the sales contract and receive a refund, except in cases where the defect
is deemed insignificant as per government-authorized criteria

Store commitments to customers:

● The Store commits to delivering products that match their descriptions.
● The Store provides the quantity of products specified in the order and is not responsible for delivery errors due to inaccurate customer information.
● The Store provides an approximate production and delivery time for each product.
Customers should review these times before placing an order.
● The Store will contact the customer if circumstances beyond its control prevent proper delivery.
● The Store ensures that products are securely packaged for delivery.

Payment procedure and security:

● Payment Methods: Customers can pay using debit or credit cards.
● Payment Security: Card details are securely processed through the Stripe payment platform, ensuring data encryption and security.
● Payment Obligation: Payment must be made immediately after placing the order. The Store will start processing the order only after receiving the payment.
● Accepted Payment Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eftpos Australia,
Discover & Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), China UnionPay (CUP).

Order modifications and cancellations:

● Modifications: If you need to modify your order after placing it, please contact us
immediately at hello@studiogrei.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
● Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for
shipment.
