Order Preparation
How long does it take to prepare an order?
If the product is in stock, it will be prepared and shipped the next business day. If not, production may take 10-12 business days.
Why is the production period so long?
Each product is unique and handmade. We use high-quality materials and prioritize meticulous craftsmanship, which requires additional time.

Do you stock your products?
We stock some of our products. If you’re interested in a specific product, please email us at hello@studiogrei.com, and we will check its availability for you.
Is it possible to try or buy products in the physical GREI studio?
Yes, you can visit our studio by booking an appointment. To schedule your visit, please email us at hello@studiogrei.com or send an Instagram message to grei_studio. Please note that we have a limited selection available in the studio. If you are interested in a specific product, email us, and we will check its availability.
Sizing and Custom Orders
How do I choose the right product size?
We provide detailed size measurements for each product. For further assistance, email us at hello@studiogrei.com.
Do you accept individual orders?
No, we don’t do individual orders.
Shipping and Pickup
How can I pick up my order from the studio?
You can pick up your order at our studio at Žygio str. 88, Vilnius. To arrange a pickup, book an appointment via email hello@studiogrei.com or send an Instagram message to grei_studio.
How are orders sent in Lithuania?
Orders are sent via Omniva or LP Express post machines and can also be shipped by registered mail through the Lithuanian Post.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship international orders by registered mail through the Lithuanian Post. Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks from the dispatch date.
Shipping Costs
Who pays for shipping, and how much does it cost?
Shipping fees are paid by the customer. Costs are as follows: Lithuania: €3; European Union: €10; Other countries: €15. The orders that are over 99 eur shipping is free.
Payments
What payment cards do you accept, and is it safe to use them?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eftpos Australia, Discover & Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and China UnionPay (CUP). Payments are secure, as we use the Stripe payment platform, which ensures data security.
Other Modifications
I made a mistake with my contact information. What can I do?
Contact us at hello@studiogrei.com as soon as you realize the mistake. If the order has already been shipped, we will wait for it to be returned before resending it with the correct details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Exchange and returns
Can I exchange the product for another size?
Yes, please email us at hello@studiogrei.com with the desired size. If it’s available, we will proceed with the exchange. Otherwise, we’ll inform you of other available options.
Can I return the item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Please contact us at hello@studiogrei.com for return assistance. For more details, refer to the “Returns” section.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, popular items are restocked. You can subscribe to be notified when a product is back in stock.
How do I subscribe for a product reminder?
Select the product and size, then click on “Notify me when available.” Enter your email, and we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock.
